We are currently looking for technicians of all skill levels from entry level to master technician.

We are seeking to fill the following full-time positions:

Entry-Level -proficient in oil changes and other basic services

Intermediate Level (C-B Level) -duties State Inspections, regular major services, warranty work, used car preparation etc.

Chrysler Master Technicians -Advance diagnosing, warranty work and other advanced repair. Proper Chrysler certifications required.

Foss Motors is now accepting applicants to fill an open Sales Associate position at our Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram dealership in Exeter, NH.

We are looking for positive, experienced sales professionals to join our team.  Experience in automotive sales is a plus, however, we'll consider the right candidates with sales experience in other industries.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and welcoming customers to our dealership and providing a first-class shopping experience while they are here.
• Proactively inquiring what the customer is looking for and learning more about their needs and budget in order to help them find the very best possible vehicle.  
• Answer product questions and provide information on available models, trim levels and vehicle packages.
• Present appropriate vehicle options and/or price ranges based on their needs and then provide a demonstration and walk-around of appropriate vehicles with the customer.
• We expect our Sales Associates to create long-term relationships with our customers and it's important for them to follow up after the sale to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Work with a positive attitude that allows you to work with customers when/if objections come into play and help them find solutions for their needs.
• Report to the Sales Manager and stay on track with monthly goals and assist the dealership in hitting monthly factory sales objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous dealership experience is preferred.
• An outgoing, friendly personality and a willingness to work with customers daily.
• Calm demeanor under pressure and quality customer service skills.
• Quality communication skills are a must.
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
