Foss Motors Wins Prestigious Customer First Award of Excellence For Sixth Time

The results are in!  And Foss Motors is proud to announce that we've been chosen by the factory, again, as a winner of the Customer First Award of Excellence. For the sixth year in a row, Foss Motors was chosen as one of the best for our combination of sales, service, employee training and customer service for a third year in a row.  Foss Motors has now won this award each year it has been presented by the factory.    

The Customer First Award of Excellence was created by FCA to honor dealerships who achieve high levels of sales and standout customer satisfaction.  This honor takes into account all aspects of the dealership including parts and service.  The award is now facilitated by JD Power, a respected leader is customer satisfaction research.  

For nearly 60 years the Foss family has had one singular goal and that's to give you, our customers, the finest buying experience around.  We take great pride in what we do, in the way that every customer is treated like family, and we make sure that everyone gets a great price and an honest deal.
